1. ABOUT US

La Clé Chic · Private Escapes is a boutique luxury travel agency operated by Serenity FZC LLC, registered in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. We specialise in curating exclusive private villa stays and bespoke travel experiences on the French Riviera.

2. SERVICES

La Clé Chic acts as an intermediary between clients and villa owners or concierge partners. We curate, coordinate and facilitate luxury villa stays, transfers, private chef services, yacht charters and bespoke experiences on the French Riviera.

All additional services — private chef, transfers, yacht, wellness, experiences — are available on request and subject to availability.

3. BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATION

All booking enquiries are submitted via WhatsApp or email. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit payment and written confirmation from La Clé Chic.

La Clé Chic reserves the right to decline any booking request at its sole discretion.

4. PAYMENT

Payments are processed in Euros or AED via bank transfer or secure payment link. Full payment is required prior to the commencement of the stay unless otherwise agreed in writing.

In accordance with our values, no late payment penalties or interest charges are applied. We kindly ask all clients to honour agreed payment timelines.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation terms vary depending on the property and the period of the stay. Specific cancellation conditions applicable to each booking will be communicated at the time of confirmation.

La Clé Chic will always endeavour to find a fair and reasonable solution in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

6. SECURITY DEPOSIT

A refundable security deposit may be required prior to arrival, depending on the property. The deposit is returned within 7 to 14 days following departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

7. HALAL COMPLIANCE

La Clé Chic is committed to welcoming guests in accordance with Islamic values. Halal catering is available upon request for all properties. We do not facilitate the provision of alcohol or any services contrary to Islamic principles.

8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for treating all properties with respect and care. Any damage caused during the stay may be deducted from the security deposit. Clients must comply with the house rules of each property, which will be communicated prior to arrival.

9. LIABILITY

La Clé Chic acts as an intermediary and is not liable for any issues arising directly from the property, its condition or the conduct of third-party service providers. We will however endeavour to resolve any issue promptly and professionally on behalf of our clients.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY

All information shared by clients in connection with their booking is treated with the highest level of discretion. La Clé Chic does not share client information with any third party without prior consent, except where required to facilitate the booking.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be resolved through mutual agreement and good faith negotiation between the parties.
